Do I still need to call the hall?
Yes — always. OTB is a screen to find the calls worth your time. Confirm pay, dispatch, bid rules, per diem, and traveler requirements with the local before you make a move.
How accurate are the pay numbers?
They're screening estimates from scale, schedule, per diem, and standard tax rates — built to compare calls, not quote your check. Confirm scale and deductions with the local.
Is this a subscription?
No. Founding 100 access is $10 while the first 100 spots are open, then OTB returns to the regular $20 one-time price. Sign in with the same email you used at checkout and the app opens automatically.
What if I pay and cannot get in?
Use the same email from checkout to sign in. If you forgot which email you used, check the Stripe receipt first. If access still does not attach, contact support with the payment time, name, and last four digits of the card so we can fix the account or refund the payment.
Why not just check every local yourself?
